How long does shipping take?
Your order will be shipped and delivered within 2 to 8 business days, depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the shipping option you select at checkout.
Each shipping option will display the estimated number of business days the carrier expects for delivery and does not include fulfillment time.

Is free shipping available?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $35. We use USPS First Class Mail for orders with free shipping.
What is the fulfillment time?
Orders placed before 11:59 p.m. CT via USPS First Class Mail will ship next day.
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. CT via UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air will ship the same day.
If you place an order after that time, your order will be shipped the next business day.
Where is your fulfillment center located?
Our fulfillment center is based out of Chicago, Illinois!
Do you offer same day or next day delivery?
We do not offer same day or next day delivery.
The fastest shipping option we offer is UPS 2nd Day Air, which promises delivery within 2 business days once the order ships from our warehouse.
Depending on your address in relation to our warehouse, UPS Ground may estimate 1-2 business days. However, this is an estimate provided by UPS and not a guarantee.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.
Can I get a refund for shipping costs?
Shipping costs are determined and paid by the couriers.
All shipping costs are final sale and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Have you not received your order? Don't worry!
If it's been more than 10 business days since your order was shipped and you still haven't received it, request it here and we'll fix it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yeah!
