Your Popqoq profile is fully customizable by us (including, depending on your chosen plan, a biography, social media links, payment information, and more) and allows you to share all the important details about yourself and your business with your social networks.

Each Popqoq card is designed with multiple use cases in mind. Here’s what we recommend:

Placing your Popqoq card on your respective smartphone is easy. Here’s what we suggest:
iPhone: place the Popqoq card on the back and towards the bottom of your phone.
For Android: place the Popqoq card on the back and towards the top near the camera or towards the bottom of the phone.
The reason for these specific locations is due to where iPhones and Android devices have their NFC scanning technology installed.
The iPhone's scanner is at the top of the phone, near the camera, while the Android's scanner is located in the middle of the phone.
Following our suggestions for your Popqoq card will ensure the best possible experience when connecting with others.
No! Your Popqoq Card is specially designed to be used alone.
Once set up, your Popqoq Card will be used to transfer your Popqoq profile. With a single tap, a link to your profile will appear as a notification on the other person's phone.
That link will open directly in their phone's browser. Then, they can save the contact directly to their phone.
Remember: no app is needed. We believe that seamless contact sharing provides the best networking experience possible.

Yes! All our popqoq cards are unique. You are free to connect each popqoq card received in a package to its own popqoq profile, independently of one another.
For example: Are you a salesperson by day and a singer by night? Perfect! Each popqoq card will access the profile assigned to that specific popqoq card, allowing you to connect faster than ever.

Here’s what you need to know:
• Return Policy
• We accept returns in a brand new, unopened condition. All items must be packed in the original corresponding packaging for a full refund. We reserve the right to reject your return claim if the item doesn’t adhere to any of these conditions.
• You have 30 days from the day you receive your shipment to start your return. Once a return is requested, all return items must be shipped back to us within 7 days. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the purchase.
• Your order will be subject to a $5 repacking fee if the product has been opened. You will be refunded the difference.
• All customers are responsible for paying for shipping costs associated with returns.
• There are no returns on final sale items. Zero exceptions!

Your popqoq card will work in most cases!
Please note that metal or very thick cases, such as those from OtterBox, may be detrimental to the popqoq card from connecting with other smartphones.
If you're currently using such a case, we suggest tapping the front of the phone (near the top for iPhone, near the middle for Android) as an alternative.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped and delivered within 2 to 8 business days, depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the shipping option you select at checkout.
Each shipping option will display the estimated number of business days the carrier expects for delivery and does not include fulfillment time.
We do not offer same day or next day delivery.
The fastest shipping option we offer is UPS 2nd Day Air, which promises delivery within 2 business days once the order ships from our warehouse.
Depending on your address in relation to our warehouse, UPS Ground may estimate 1-2 business days. However, this is an estimate provided by UPS and not a guarantee.
Troubleshooting your popqoq card
Make sure to check the compatibility list and see if the iPhone is compatible with tapping a popqoq card.
Remember: all phones can use the popqoq QR code to share your contact information!
Make sure to tap your popqoq card on the top of the iPhone, near the camera.
The iPhone scanner is located at the top back of the phone.
The popqoq card cannot be scanned while:
1. The flashlight is on.
2. The phone screen is off.
3. Your phone is in airplane mode.
4. The camera is open.
If your phone is constantly scanning your own popqoq card, it is likely that you have placed it incorrectly on your phone's scanner.
The solution is simple.
Remove your popqoq card and reattach it according to our location recommendations for iPhone and Android.
Remember that iPhones and Androids have different location recommendations
Your popqoq card is specially designed to 'tap' into other phones and seamlessly transfer your popqoq profile to them.
This technology is relatively new, so there is expected to be a learning curve when trying to tap.
Here are our tips for tapping:
1.- Make sure the phone is on and unlocked before tapping.
2.- Make sure airplane mode is turned off before tapping.
3.- Make sure the camera is not open when tapping.
4.- Make sure to tap your popqoq card on the 'sweet spot.'
5.- iPhones: on the back, near the top of the phone (close to the camera).
6.- Androids: on the back, near the middle.
Your popqoq profile includes a 'Download to contact' button that allows those you connect with to save your contact information directly to their phones.
If the other person is using an iPhone, they will need to select 'Create new contact' at the bottom of the screen to fully download your contact information.
